Below are the steps to do ONLINE and OFFLINE payment

STEP 1:

  • Enter user name and password.
  • User name and password would have been sent to you by email.

STEP 2:

  • Once you log in to the application, you will see your child’s name, unique id and class.
  • If there are any errors please stop and write to the email id mentioned in the panel with a copy to support@bishopcottonschool.org
  • If all the details are correct please click on the “Fee Payment” button.
  • The next screen will open in the browser.

  • Please check the details given for you child once more.
  • Click on the Select Fee drop down and select “Term”.
  • Click on the “Go” Button.

STEP 3:

  • Click on the option “Choose Term” under Payment Details.
  • Select “Full Term” option.

STEP 4:

  • Choose your mode of payment by selecting “Online” radio button.
  • Click on “Submit” button.
  • The next screen will open in the browser.
  • For any reason if you want to pay later please click on “Cancel” button.

STEP 5:

  • Read the instructions carefully before proceeding to pay.
  • Keep Credit Card / Debit Card or Netbanking information ready before proceeding to pay.
  • Click on Submit button to proceed to payment gateway.

STEP 6:

  • Select option Credit / Debit Card or Netbanking.
  • Proceed to pay. The procedure is common for all gateways.
  • You will get a return email confirming payment.
  • Log into the panel and you will see a receipt under payment history in the second screen.
  • You can download receipt for your records.

Note: In case for some reason you do not receive an email confirmation or you are unable to see a receipt or download the same kindly write to support@bishopcottonschool.org . Please mention your child’s name and unique id,date and time of transaction and the transaction reference number.

OFFLINE METHOD:

Parents who choose to pay by DD, please note Steps 1 to Step 3 are common.

Offline STEP 4.

  • Choose your mode of payment by selecting “Offline” radio button.
  • Click on “Submit” button.
  • The next screen will open in the browser.
  • For any reason if you want to pay later please click on “Cancel” button.

Offline STEP 5.

  • Fill in the details Deposit Amount / Date / Bank name from which DD purchased/Branch.
  • Branch Code is not mandatory – please ignore if you do not have the same.
  • Please ensure that you fill challan / DD number for the school to refer.
  • Please upload a scan or photo of the challan. Please note if you take a photo the same should be reduced using Office picture or any imaging software. Large file sizes will not be accepted. Max file size is 400KB. Please also reduce the hight and width of images since mobile photos are not taken in very high resolution.
  • You will receive an email acknowledging the payment once the School verifies that the DD has been cleared and credited to the School account.
  • This could take 2-3 days.
  • Once you get an email acknowledging payment please log into your account and download your receipt.
